Supporting Braille statements for blind and visually-impaired borrowers

CHALLENGE

After acquisition, our client was tasked with continuing to support Braille statements for blind and visually-impaired borrowers.

SOLUTION

RRD worked with accessibility partners to create a semi-automated Braille statement processing model, triggered by data attached to files. Should a borrower’s needs change, E-Text and Screen Reader solutions can be provided upon request.

RESULTS

The client is now ADA/508 compliant, providing high-level customer service for visually- and hearing-impaired customers.
